These models are a reflection of the mature and complex specifications, technologies, processes and other aspects that guarantee exceptional delivery and long-term relationships. Our customers can choose from the following project outsourcing service engagement models, based on which fits best for the work to be performed:

Fixed Hourly Rate:

This is considered to be the most preferable method where pricing is based on fixed hourly rates. It works best for projects which are smaller, where working hours are clearly specified or where the client is not sure of the exact scope of work. The low risk nature of this model enables us to work with you to define proper deliverables and timelines in achieving a mutually agreed fixed price. TGGS Tech’s hourly-based rates are highly attractive and spell great value for money.

Project Based/ Fixed Pricing:

In this model, the client will provide detailed specification and ready RFP documents to TGGS Tech. It is suitable for small enterprises that have significant budgetary constraints.  Here we will prepare an effort analysis and propose a fixed price and fixed time frame for the project/process execution after reviewing all the specifications and ensuring that all assumptions, details are made explicit. We will also underline the scope of change and possible risk factors during the implementation phase. Clients can take advantage of the fixed pricing for the project/process.

Time & Material (T&M) Based Pricing:

In the T&M pricing model, the project cost is a function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed. This engagement model is particularly useful in contexts where the projects are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes midstream. Our T&M model gives customer greater flexibility in terms of developing the project specification on an ongoing basis and modifying the specifications based on the changing market needs.

Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model
In the Build-Operate-Transfer Model, a dedicated facility for the client is launched. This facility is like an extension of the client’s own facility. The dedicated facility leverages technical infrastructure, processes and execution capabilities. The dedicated facility is staffed either by the facilities existing resources or by client’s resources or by resources hired specifically for engagement or a mix of them all. TGGS Tech has a well-defined mechanism for the smooth transition of the facility to the client.

Dedicated Development Facility or Retainer
A Dedicated facility is an extension of the customer’s own engineering/development center. Through such a Dedicated facility, TGGS Tech offers the best skill sets, resources, flexibility and time-to-market advantages to the customers, taking all necessary efforts to protect the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of its clients. TGGS Tech’s Dedicated Facility provides a cost effective solution to customers requiring continuous offshore support. For such dedicated relationships, we also implement customer specific quality/process frameworks and teams are trained for the specific needs of our client. The resources are paid on a retainer basis.

Onsite Consulting:

For complex project execution, dedicated onsite resources with knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle will be identified and assigned for the use of the client as per agreed terms and location specified. This is suitable for software consulting and development companies or IT departments of large business houses who like to have experienced and skilled resources to be available at their location on a short term basis. Here, you can use our IT Consulting Services if there is a strong need for expediting a project or if there is a need for specialized skill sets to complement an in-house team.
